Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.
In-Stock Products
- Typically ship within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom Gloves
- Custom gloves are handcrafted to your specifications.
- Current production time is approximately 4–6 weeks.
- Production times are estimates and may vary due to demand, material availability, holidays, factory closures, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package size and weight
- Delivery destination
- Shipping method selected
Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website at the time of purchase.
Domestic Shipping
Ronin Glove Company currently ships throughout the United States.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

- Stolen packages
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist customers in filing a claim with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address is provided:

Damaged Shipments

- Photos of the packaging

Split Shipments
In some cases, multiple items within an order may ship separately.
