Long before Ronin Gloves existed, baseball was already part of our family's story. My father played professional baseball in Cuba during the 1940s-1950s—a time when the love of the game wasn't about money or fame, but about pride, discipline, and respect for the craft.

That passion was passed down to me through the years—through stories, through worn leather, and through the unmistakable feeling of a glove that just felt right.

Why Ronin?

But as the game evolved, something changed. High-quality gloves became overpriced. Players were forced to choose between performance and affordability, and the connection between player and glove started to feel lost.
