Custom glove sales are final and non-refundable. Unused, in-stock gloves may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in original condition with their original tags and packaging.

Gloves that have been broken in, conditioned, oiled, or used on the field are not eligible for the unused-glove return window. This includes Ronin’s professional break-in service.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
