Ronin Glove Company Return & Refund Policy

At Ronin Glove Company, we take pride in crafting premium baseball and softball gloves, apparel, and accessories. We are committed to providing exceptional products and customer service. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Custom Glove Orders

All custom gloves are handcrafted according to the specifications selected by the customer.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, all custom glove sales are final and non-refundable.

Custom gloves cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons including:

  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Personalization or embroidery selections
  • Custom logos or artwork
  • Player preference changes

If your custom glove arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Upon review, Ronin Glove Company may repair or replace the glove at our discretion.

In-Stock Gloves

Unused, in-stock gloves may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

To qualify for a return:

  • The glove must be unused.
  • The glove must be in original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be included.
  • The glove must not have been broken in, conditioned, oiled, or used on the field.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Apparel

Apparel may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free from odors, stains, or damage
  • Original tags are attached

Custom apparel, sale items, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Home Plate Rugs & Accessories

Home plate rugs and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review the claim and work to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Ronin Glove Warranty

Every Ronin glove is backed by the Ronin Promise.

Included Warranty Coverage

  • Lifetime lace warranty
  • Lifetime cleaning and conditioning service

If a lace breaks due to normal use, Ronin Glove Company will replace the lace for the life of the glove. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise approved by Ronin Glove Company.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Normal cosmetic wear
  • Leather damage caused by neglect or improper care
  • Damage caused by pets
  • Water or weather damage
  • Alterations performed by third parties
  • Intentional misuse or abuse

Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection
  • 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Custom Gloves

Custom glove orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

In-Stock Products

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process outlined above.
