Applications are open: U.S. applicants age 18 and older can apply now. Benefits begin after acceptance and onboarding; your accepted offer controls commissions and eligibility. Mission rewards remain subject to final program terms.
Who is the Collective for?
Baseball and softball players, parents, coaches, trainers, glove collectors, restorers, and content creators who share Ronin’s commitment to the game.
Do I need a large following?
No. There is no follower minimum. We consider authenticity, content quality, community involvement, and how you represent yourself and others.
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. There is no application fee or required glove purchase. Acceptance is based on fit, not purchases.
Does every accepted ambassador receive a free glove?
No. Product opportunities are earned through published missions or qualifying sales milestones, or offered through an individual partnership. An application or approval does not promise a free product.
How do tiers work?
Recruit is the starting tier for approved members. Warrior and Elite recognize sustained contributions and qualifying results. Signature is invitation only. Tier changes are reviewed by Ronin; they are not automatic simply because a number is reached.
What commission and customer discount will I receive?
Your accepted affiliate offer will state your commission rate, customer discount, eligible products, and exclusions. Those terms must be active before you promote an offer. Draft or example rates do not create an entitlement to payment.
How are sales tracked?
Affiliate offers use the member’s assigned Shopify Collabs link or code. Eligible attributed orders are tracked in Collabs. A code shared without an active affiliate connection is not a substitute for commission tracking. Report a suspected attribution issue with the order reference and promotion details; do not send customer payment information.
When are commissions paid?
Collabs commissions first pass through the configured holding period. Eligible payments are processed through Shopify billing and require the creator to complete payout setup. The holding period is not a guaranteed payment date. Canceled or fully refunded orders during the holding period have their commissions canceled. Other adjustments follow the accepted offer and platform rules.
Can I use my own code or combine discounts?
The proposed program excludes self-referrals and commissions on personal purchases, gift cards, gifted products, and reward redemptions. Codes would apply only to approved merchandise and would not combine with other discounts. Final exclusions will appear in the accepted offer.
How do Ronin Points work?
Approved mission submissions earn points in Ronin’s mission ledger. Points are separate from affiliate commissions. Duplicate submissions and cross-posts of the same work do not earn extra points. Proposed values and redemption options are shown on the Missions page and remain subject to approval.
Can someone under 18 participate?
The youth pathway is still being finalized. Do not create an account using a false age. Any youth participation must meet platform eligibility requirements and Ronin’s approved parent or guardian process. Do not submit a child’s private information through an adult application.
Can student-athletes participate?
Check the rules that apply to your school, team, league, and individual circumstances before accepting compensation, gifts, or promotional work. Ronin acceptance does not confirm athletic eligibility.
What are the content expectations?
Create original work, give honest opinions, clearly disclose your relationship with Ronin in promotional content, and obtain appropriate permissions for people featured. There is no requirement to leave positive reviews. Do not make unsupported performance claims or publish private information.
Will Ronin use my content?
Submitting a link for mission review is not blanket permission for paid advertising. Ronin will request any additional content-use permission separately.
Is this employment or a guaranteed sponsorship?
No. The Collective is an ambassador and affiliate community. It does not guarantee income, employment, free gear, a team position, or sponsorship.
How will I know if I’m accepted?
Ronin reviews applications and contacts selected applicants through the application process. Acceptance is followed by the applicable offer and onboarding. Do not begin promoting a commission or reward promise until those details are confirmed.
